Now, this problem to trackback your PF Claim Status is solved by EPF India. You can check your EPF Claim Status and even EPF Balance Enquiry online at our site. Previously it was bit tough task when all EPF Claim were settled manually. But now with the computerization of PF India, and all the backlog pendency has been cleared, you can check EPF Status Online and even manage your Provident Fund Online.
Once I was told by PF Office that the settlement of an EPF Claim takes almost 2 months from the date of submission of claim forms. But now the situation has totally changed and you can see a much faster process. Today PF Balance data and EPFO Claim Status is uploading to EPFO servers 24 x 7. @AnonymousThere must be some problem in your papers. How you have many A/c Numbers. Your PF number should be same. Also claim form 20 is to be submitted only in death cases. So either you submit Form 20 or Form 19; not both. what is the exact situation? Please post!

I get belwo status. Claim Form 13 for Transfer to New Account Number: AGAINST Old Member Account has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim.
But i did not get any letter nor my company for reason of rejection. i see same status for past 4 months... can i now resubmit forms for withdrawal?
@Anonymous Hello, You can either transfer your old a/c to new PF A/c and than got it withdraw.
OR
Withdraw funds from both PF A/c's individually. But in either case you must first confirm the reason of your previous rejection. You can do it either by personal follow up by visiting concerned PF Office or by RTI Application.

I know very well about it how to check the provident fund status,
I sent the mail to know about when will i get my pf amount, according to commitment of pf office in ASR submition time, you will get the pf within three month but i did't get for the same.
i submitted the pf form on 2009 then i submitted the ASR form 2nd Nov 2011. it has already happen three months and any one employe of pf office is not able to give me exact information. they told me that go to this sit and go to that sit all ware playing a game but not give me infomataon. i wana know about who is the responsible for that,

Claim under Process means it being under settlement. But in your case its already too late. You should once follow up with concerned RPFC as sometimes you didn't get intimations by post.

@BM Krissh What is the length of your service? If it is less than a total of 6 months that claim amount of Form 10C gets forfeited.

I served my organization for 4 years.
From January 2012 till 23rd March 2012, the claim status was showing (Form 10C and 19)

@Anonymous Tell me your Date of leaving service as you can only submit application forms after 2 months of leaving service. Also have you attached Form 7PS / 3A with claim forms?
I submitted forms after 1 year of leaving my service. Does this mean that I will not get my EPF money ? However, with my 1st company I submitted forms after 3 years of leaving my service and still I got my money. I will enquire with employer if they have submitted forms 7ps/3a with my claims.
@Anonymous You took it wrong. Submission of claim forms after 2 months of leaving service is minimum mandatory waiting period. After 2 months you can submit forms any time; even after 10 years of leaving service. I asked this because this could be one of the big reasons of claim rejection. Form 7PS or Form 3A is only submitted for the current financial year along with claim forms.
Let’s say if you have left service on 31/12/2011 and submitted claim forms on 15/03/2012, then Form 7PS or Form 3A must be submitted along with for the year 2011-2012. But if you have left service on 31/01/2011 and submitted claim forms on 15/03/2012, then there forms are only mandatory if your employer has not submitted the returns for the financial year 2010-11 till date.
Basically Form 3A/7PS contains your month wise annual contribution towards Provident Fund. I think you should contact the concerned EPFO Office or wait for the rejection letter to arrive at your doorsteps.
